Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO) Mumbai Zone is pleased to announce a B2B Meet being organised by JITO-Mumbai Walkeshwar Chapter for the Construction and Construction Related Material Suppliers. This event aims at facilitating closer interaction through one-to-one meetings between the participating buyers and suppliers.
The event is to take place at Mayfair Banquets, Opp. Sasmira, Worli, Mumbai on Saturday, the 31st October, 2009. The event schedule is as follows:

All JITO Members, their families and friends, active in the construction or construction materials sector are invited to participate in this B2B Meet. The participation fee and entitlements in return are as follows:
A. TABLE SPACE:
Against payment of Rs.1,600/- and filling in the Participation Form, a participant is entitled to 1(one) table and 2(two) chairs during the event. This includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea for 2(two) delegates. The names of the participants will be displayed on the monitors at the venue. Participants can have one-to-one meetings by booking time slots of 20 minute each, at no extra cost. Both the Table Spaces and Meeting Room Slots are on “first come basis”.
B. VISITOR:
Against payment of Rs.300/- and filling in the Participation Form, a participant can attend the event as a Visitor. The fee covers breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea for one person. The visitors can also book meeting room slots at no extra cost, subject to availability.

We are also inviting Sponsorship for the event. The category of Sponsorship and entitlements in return are as follows:
1. MAIN SPONSOR:
Against payment of Rs.3 Lacs, the Main Sponsor is entitled to 1(one) Table Space and 6(six) delegates at the event. The Main Sponsor can run a presentation of upto 5 minutes duration once in the morning and once in the afternoon on the monitors at the venue. Their logos will appear on backdrop / invitation Card.
2. CO-SPONSOR:
Against payment of Rs.1 Lac, the Co-Sponsors are entitled to 1(one) Table Space and 4(four) delegates at the event. The Co-Sponsor can run a presentation of upto 3 minutes duration once in the morning and once in the afternoon on the monitors at the venue. Their logos will appear on backdrop / Invitation Card.
