| Admission in JATF Administrative Training Centers |
INTRODUCTION |
JITO ATF project was launched and started in year 2007, Delhi was the fist and the oldest centre amongst 6 centres located at Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Jaipur and Indore. Our First batch was started in year 2007 – 2008 at Delhi Centre and or most recent centre is Jaipur which was inaugurated in November 2009, having its first batch of 2009 – 2010.
As per our plan we are running six centres across the country successfully and given 11 officers to the nation till today, out of which 9 are UPSC qualifiers and 2 are State PSC qualifiers. Our vision is to have at least 10 students to qualify Indian Civil Service Exams and be deputed as a designated officer every year. Focusing over our vision we need the most deserving, capable and potential aspirants, so that we can groom them in the best possible way through best coaching, counseling, books, study materials, accommodation, computer lab and get the expected results out of them.
We conduct Common Entrance Exams by written test at respective centers to select deserving students.
Final interview of passed students in written test, for admission in our Training Centers are conducted through Central Selection Committee consisting of IAS, IPS, IFS, and IRS officers serving as well as retired, educationist and eminent personalities from the field of education.

| PROCESS |
Centralized Admission Process is three steps process; Registration, Common Entrance Test and Final Interview.

| 1. Registration of Candidate |
Candidates interested in pursuing UPSC / State PSC exams need to submit completely filled application form, along with Photocopy of all educational qualifications truly certified and attach 2 pass port size photos and submit the application with Mumbai head office. The application form can be downloaded from www.jitoatf.org.
On receiving the application, the candidate is considered for written test subject to age criteria and track record of qualification merits. Subsequently a unique registration No. is issued to each candidate and all candidates selected for CET are issued a Hall ticket in which the time, date, venue, seat No., are clearly mentioned for CET.

| 2. Common Entrance Test (CET) |
Written test are conducted at Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, Delhi, Chennai and Ahmedabad on the same date and time. The same is conducted for three hours and consist of 2 papers i.e. General Study and Essay writing, General Study is for 2 hrs. consisting of 100 marks, covering syllabus of General knowledge from NCERT Books from standard 10 to 12 and Essay writing is for 1 hr. consisting of 50 marks, covering any topic related recent ongoing issues within India Written test and Essay papers are checks by renowned and experienced professors on the basis of the rubric given to them for accurate, proper and rationale evaluation of answer sheet.

| 3. Interview |
Interviews are conducted by Central Selection Committee at all the centres at convenient date and time. Marks of the written test along with the academic qualifications are considered and the merit amongst them are selected and called for Interview. The Central Selection Committee / Interview panel properly judge, evaluate and review the candidate and recommend for the admission in Training Centers.

CONCLUSION

Interview marks allotted to candidates are finally compared with their marks of academic qualification and written test and then they are selected for respective Training Centers as per their merits. In case the candidate is extra ordinary and promising, he / she is recommended for Delhi Centre. |
